Step 1
Fill in the online application form, giving as much information as possible.
Step 2
Within 24 hours we will contact you to arrange a suitable time to come and talk over your situation and discuss some options with you.
Step 3
Once you have had a chance to think about your options and you want to proceed, we will instruct a survey by an independent qualified RICS Surveyor.
Step 4
We instruct our solicitor to make a formal offer to your solicitor (you can use your own solicitor or we can arrange a suitable one for you) and agree a date of entry to suit you.
Step 5
The sale is complete.
If you have chosen our Sell and Rent Back option, we visit you before the completion of the sale with the rental agreement to make sure you are happy with all aspects of it, and then when the sale is complete you stay on in your home.
