What costs are involved?
There are no fees, no survey charges, no commissions or hidden costs of any kind. We also pay £600 towards your legal fees, which covers most typical house sales.
How long does it take?
We usually complete in 4-6 weeks from the time the sale is agreed; however, if you require a sale in 10 days or less we can do that too.
Do you buy properties in bad condition?
Yes we do. In our experience properties in bad condition do take longer to sell. At CNE Properties we will buy them quickly and easily with out hassle.
What if I do not want to proceed?
There is no obligation on you to proceed once you have received an offer. No salesmen will call on you nor will you be pestered with phone calls.
What if I do not want to move out right away?
We fit in with your timescales and tailor our offer to suit your requirements. We can let you stay on as a tenant until you find somewhere suitable, with short and long-term Rent Back options both available.
Will anybody know about the sale?
Our service is strictly confidential. No for sale boards or signs would be put up outside your house or anywhere else. |
